This week we were fortunate to have Emily Hamilton - Smith come and talk to us about her journey in becoming an elite hockey player. Not only did she tell us about being a top athlete, but she gave us strategies on how to be the best person that we can be. She told us that we shouldn't compare ourselves to other people. Also, that if we are faced with a challenge, we can choose to either give up or do everthing possible to achieve our goal.
