Hello everyone,

The image below is from advertising for an article on the Triple P website 'How to set social media boundaries and rules the whoe family can live with.' This is something we often have questions about at school as many families struggle to set boundaries about the use of devices and social media. I thought the article had some really helpful advice and I'm glad it included having open and honest conversations as a family, and how we as the adults should model healthy habits when it comes to how often we are on our devices. Holiday time can be when we all are abit more relaxed about rules at home, we all might be staying up a bit later! Holidays can also be a great time to set up some new habits and boundaries with your family and often the weather is beautiful over the Easter holidays so it's the perfect time to put those devices down and enjoy the outdoors.
