Introducing New Staff

Matt Dodds

Matt comes to Glen Innes High School after teaching in Tamworth at Farrer for over a decade. He is a passionate teacher who enjoys getting students to carry out hands-on practical science activities. He brings a wealth of Science Teaching experience to GIHS and looks forward to contributing to the Science Faculty. His specialty areas are Physics and Biology. Aside from teaching Science he is a keen astronomer, and he was recently selected to travel to CERN in Switzerland to participate in a two-week international program for Physics teachers. Welcome Matt. We are very excited to have you as part of our team.

Ellie Smith

We are very excited to welcome Ms Ellie Smith to our Science and Ag team. Ellie has a background  in Agricultural Science and Education. Ellie completed her studies at the University of New England and she has a background in agriculture. Ellie has moved to our community and looks forward to making many positive impacts on the education of students in our town.
