World Teachers Day

As Francis has mentioned in his section of the newsletter today, last Friday was World Teachers' Day. I would like to take the opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge our awesome teaching team at SGPS. We are very fortunate to have such a hard-working and dedicated group of teachers who genuinely care about the students at SGPS. 

Lunch Orders

We have partnered with Subway-Epsom to provide sandwiches, bottled water and fruit drinks for families to order each Thursday. To order, you will be required to register at Canteen Hub, which is the platform used by Subway. Please note that the school is not involved in the ordering process, including payments.

Subway Epsom and Canteen Hub are very pleased to be able to offer the subs for your school lunch program at Spring Gully Primary School.

· Every Thursday

· Place your order by 9:30am,  each Thursday

· If using a VPN please set it to Australia

· Please register at canteenhub.com.au/register-customer

· If you need to cancel your order this can be done via canteenhub.com.au under your profile up to the order cut-off time.

Value Food Boxes

One Box is a charitable organisation that have supported families of our school for 8 years. One Box has set up an initiative where all families can order a fruit and vegie box each week through the school. Boxes are available for pick up from the canteen each Friday. 

The sale of each box goes directly to the school and other profits are channelled back into the donated box program for our school. Medium and large food boxes are available for purchase each week at a cost of $20 & $25. All payments are managed through the One Box website. Please refer to the flyer if you are interested in ordering. 

Halloween Cooking

Halloween is upon us, (so many student and my own kids have told me this week). A group of budding chefs were emersed in the spirit of Halloween this week, making healthy Halloween Wraps. Yum!
