Bookings and Cancellations for the last few weeks of term
Please make sure to let the OSHC team know if you will be leaving before the end of the school term or if you will be picking up your children on the last day of the year at the end of school.
We will be running a program on the last day of school that will start at the earlier time. If you are absent for the last day of your 2024 booking you will be required to pay the full fee amount as your CCS deductions will be reversed early next year.
With invoices going out earlier for this period you may pay for days you don’t intend to use. Please speak to the OSHC team if you are not sure about your booking needs in December.
Walk to School Day - Friday 15th November
The children had a great time today participating in the walk to schoolWith the children walking around the block with the OSHC team they were able to participate with the other children from the school and be in the draw for the $30 gift voucherJust a couple of snaps for the walk

January Vacation Care Program
We will be providing a program from Monday 6th January to Friday 24th January
We have started planning the January program and will send out the booking forms at the end of November 2025. New Preps starting next year will be able to attend the January program but will be a community booking unless they are a sibling of a permanently booked OSHC family.
If you have any questions or would like a hardcopy of the Vacation Care booking form please let us know. Booking forms will be emailed out on Monday 25th November and available from the OSHC program.
Important Dates coming up in Term 4
OSHC Program Christmas Closing Dates
OSHC will be closed from Friday 20th December (last day of school) and will re-open Monday 6th January (for Vacation Care).
Booking forms Open Dates
November 29th Curriculum day – forms will be sent out Monday 11th Nov
December 6th Curriculum day - forms will be sent out Monday 18th Nov
Jan Vacation Care - forms will be sent out Monday 25th Nov
Re-enrolment and 2025 Enrolment forms – sent out 2nd December
2025 prep families will be able to get forms from the prep Transition Information Session
Invoice dates for the rest of this year
Monday 18th November – with payments due Friday 22nd Nov (for 4th Nov - 15th Nov – 2 weeks)
Monday 2nd December – with payments due Friday 6th December (for 18th Nov - 30th Nov – 2 weeks)
Monday 9th December – with payments due Friday 13th Dec (for 2nd Dec -20th Dec – 3 weeks)
