The Principals' Retreat was nothing short of inspiring, with a stellar lineup of speakers who delivered insights that left us all energised. Each talk brought fresh ideas, practical strategies and new perspectives, designed to boost you and your team’s performance.

Beyond the speakers, the retreat offered fantastic opportunities for networking—catching up with familiar faces and meeting new ones in a welcoming, collaborative environment. It was a great way to connect with everyone, share experiences, and build on the collective knowledge in the room.

Quiz Night & Drinks/Nibbles

The Principals' Retreat drinks evening at the Victoria Pub was the perfect start—tucked away on the cosy mezzanine floor, everyone settled in for a night of easy conversation and plenty of laughs. The warm, welcoming atmosphere was ideal for catching up with old friends and meeting a few new faces.

The next night’s FN Quiz held at Bloody Marys was a true highlight, sparking friendly competition as teams went head-to-head. Each round brought a new theme, from general knowledge to The Price is Right, Name That Tune & Name the Movie, every question fuelled a lively, good-natured rivalry. The energy was contagious as everyone vied for the win. It was a memorable night!
