P&C News

Hello,  and welcome to 2024!

The P&C have already been busy this year as we greeted Kindy students and their parents on their first day of school. We supplied each Kindy with a free school hat and sent parents home with a Tea and Tissues pack.  It was lovely to meet and great everyone and wish you a successful first year at Eglinton Public School.

Our absolute focus at this time of year is the Country Fair,  to be held on Saturday February 24th. The Country Fair Committee have already put in a massive amount of work, and we are ready to go with a huge day of fun......now we are calling you to help out on the day! 

The Country Fair is the school's major annual fundraiser with all profits benefitting the school. We rely on Volunteers to help us raise that money.  Please use the volunteer QR code found around the school to sign up for an hour or so on a fun stall on the day. 

The P&C were proud to see that 23 new laptops which have recently been purchased by the school with the profits from the 2023 Country Fair. What a great way to support our children!

Our first P&C meeting of 2024 will be held on Tuesday February 13th at 6:30pm in the School Library. Everyone is welcome!
