BASE 1270
It’s hard to believe that we are in week 7 already! This term is definitely flying by.
This term we have used our problem solving skills to make something bigger or better. In a few weeks, we will begin looking at celebrations, especially Christmas.
We are well underway with the planning of our Summer Vacation Care Program, and it is looking exciting. In some big news, we are bringing back excursions. Everyone has missed going on excursions and our Summer Program is the perfect time to head out into the big, wide world around us. The Program will be sent out in a future edition of the Newsletter, once it is finalised. Stay tuned…
Curriculum Day – 22nd November
Just a reminder that Buninyong Primary School has a Curriculum Day next Wednesday 22nd November. Base 1270 will be operating all day 6:30am – 6:00pm. All Buninyong PS students’ bookings have been removed for that day.
If any current families require care on the day, please submit a booking request via Xplor and note that it is for the Curriculum Day.
If you require care for your child/children and they are not currently enrolled, click on the link below which will take you to our Enrolment Form. Your child/children will need to be enrolled and attend an orientation before they can be booked in for any sessions.
REMINDERS
- Buninyong Primary School is a SunSmart School and as such, Base 1270 is also a SunSmart Service. This means that during Terms 1 and 4, students must have a wide brimmed hat to wear, when going outside. We only have a limited supply of spare hats which means that some students are not able to play with their friends, outside, because they do not have a hat.
- With the weather warming up (sort of), hydration is extremely important. Please make sure students have a drink bottle in their bag; these can be refilled at school or at Base 1270.
