5-8 Community News
Dear Families/Caregivers,
As the school year comes to a close, on behalf of the staff, we wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude to families. This academic journey has been filled with growth, challenges, and memorable experiences, and we are truly thankful for the support and encouragement from each one of you.
To our dedicated teachers, thank you for your tireless efforts in fostering a positive and enriching learning environment. Your passion for education and commitment to our success have left a lasting impact that extends far beyond the classroom.
To all of our students in the 5-8 Community, thank you for the camaraderie, shared experiences and the collective spirit that made this school year truly special. Together, we've navigated challenges and celebrated achievements, creating bonds that will endure beyond the S&K and F wing walls.
Sincere appreciation goes out to the parents and guardians who have been our pillars of support. Your encouragement, involvement and understanding have been invaluable, contributing to the success of each student in our middle school community.
To Miss Boyle, Miss Sampson and Mr Alley, we wish you all the best on your new adventure. We hope that one day our paths cross again. You will always be welcomed back to our school community and you will always be St Augustine’s people.
A special mention to our Year 8 Leaders who have led beautifully all year. We thank you for your time commitment, energy and enthusiasm for driving and promoting a positive and inclusive middle school community.
We wish all Year 8 students the very best as they transition to the senior school community. We have enjoyed watching you flourish, take risks and most of all, be yourselves! The senior school community will be blessed to have such a wonderful and natural group of leaders who will continue to serve and live out the traditions of St Brigid and St Augustine.
On behalf of all the staff, have a restful and wonderful summer holidays. Make memories, see the sun, enjoy the time with family and most importantly, stay safe!
See you in 2024!!!
