Music Corner

Thanks to all of  the students who brought their instruments in on Tuesday.  This meant no one missed lessons due to the Athletics Carnival. Many thanks to our teachers who helped Mrs Thomsen with this juggling act. 

NEWS FLASH! Our junior musicians have their FIRST BAND PRACTICE this coming week! Our aim is to play Hot Cross Buns together, so please make sure your child practices over the weekend. Our seniors are invited to come along to play and mentor our juniors. 

Our seniors also have some serious practice to do! All of them should be performance-ready with Blues Adventure now and working on their solo pieces in preparation for performances in term two.  

Mrs McIntyre was lucky to hear our new piano students perform this week.  They have made a lot of progress and are very proud of their efforts. Remember, the keyboards and music room are available for practise daily. 

Parents, please get your money’s worth out of this program by ensuring your children practise throughout the holidays.
