RSC Encouragement Meet
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Our Encouragement Meet is coming up on Sunday 15 February, and we are seeking volunteers to assist in running the meet.
At this stage, we only have 22 Ringwood Swimming Club swimmers entered, and the meet is almost at capacity. Many of these swimmers are new to racing or competing for the first time. Unfortunately, we currently do not have enough parent volunteers to fill the required roles to ensure the meet can run smoothly. All families registered for the meet will be rostered on automatically; however, these families are very welcome to sign up in advance to secure your preferred role.
We understand that many of our senior swimmers will be competing at the Open LC Meet later that afternoon, and that their parents will also be attending the PM session. If any parents or senior swimmers are available to assist in the morning at the Encouragement Meet, we would greatly appreciate your support.
To help manage workloads, if you assist in the AM session, we will do our best not to roster you again in the PM for the Open LC Meet.
We have split the timekeeping into two slots. We ask that Senior swimmers please help fill up the second time keeping slot. It means you still get a sleep in.
