Sub School Updates
Hello everyone and welcome to Week 9 of Term 1!
As we approach the end of another busy term, it’s a time to reflect on all we’ve accomplished and the hard work everyone has put in. It’s been a term filled with growth, challenges and plenty of memorable moments. From inspiring lessons to team collaboration, each of you has made a lasting impact on our school community. Let’s keep up the great work and look forward to a well-earned break!
General Updates
IEPs: Teachers - ensure student goals are uploaded on Accerlerus by Week 10 - 31.03.25 (9am).
Green Operations Folder: Week 8 and Week 9 of this term will be dedicated by Sub School leaders in auditing these.
Work Programs: Teaching and Learning Programs are due every Monday at 9am for the week ahead.
Maintenance Programs/DISPLAN: Maintenance Programs and DISPLAN are overdue. Please ensure you have uploaded them to Share Point.
Tier 1 Checklists: Tier One checklists need to be completed and uploaded in your classroom's folder.
See Saw: Thank you for uploading photos to parents/carers. Families really enjoy receiving and sharing these photos together. The minimum requirement to upload pictures to parents/carers is one photo per student per week.
Yard Duty timetable: Please ensure you have the latest version on display. Seek support from your Sub School leader if you are unsure.
Playground Support Document: Please read and refer to this document. Please ensure new staff in the classroom have access to it.
Student Supervision Document: Afterschool supervision document and timetable for full time ES. Please follow the plans outlined on the document.
CTM's: Sub School leaders are attending every fortnight. Please ensure you are still conducting these when Sub School leaders are not in attendance and upload the minutes. If you encounter any difficulties with these, please seek support from your Sub School Leader.

- IEP goals completed - Monday 31st March @ 9:00
- Glasses for Kids - Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd April (PSS and MSS only)
- Circus Skills incursion - Wednesday 2nd April
Primary Sub School - Michelle Davies
Assembly: Week 10: Room 6. If you need ICT support please request this beforehand. Chairs need to be put out and stacked away at the end. Please turn the air con, heating and lights off when finished.
Please ensure that students are accompanied by a member of staff when going to the toilet. If needed, please reach out to your buddy classroom for support.
When leaving Playground 1, please ensure that only your students are transitioning with you to your classroom.
