2025 JSA Induction

Hi everyone,

This term, we have invited all new JSA staff to join us for Induction sessions on Tuesday afternoons from 3:30pm-4:30pm during non-SSG weeks in the CLH.

So far, we have enjoyed inducting a large group of new staff.

In Week 7, we explored the systems we have in place to facilitate student communication schoolwide, including both high tech and low tech devices. We also studied how to set goals to model scripts to support students' communication functions, i.e. to request, comment or express likes/dislikes.

Please observe our timetable below. In Week 8, we will be exploring how to implement our 'students' regulation supports' and those to structure their 'ongoing sensory diet'.
