Learning & Teaching

This term at St Joseph's, our students have been focusing on personal identity and building strong social connections. They have explored ways to settle into school life, make new friends, and navigate interpersonal relationships with kindness and respect. Our senior students also explored leadership qualities, reflecting on what it means to serve and inspire others. A highlight of the term was the election of our 2025 school leaders, who will help guide and support our school community in the year ahead. Congratulations to our newly elected leaders—we look forward to seeing you grow in your roles!
This term, our Year 3 and Year 5 students completed their NAPLAN assessments, demonstrating great determination and resilience. We are incredibly proud of their efforts, as they worked hard to put their best foot forward. These assessments provided a valuable opportunity for students to apply their learning and showcase their skills across literacy and numeracy. Well done to all our students for their perseverance and positive attitude!
We look forward to building on our learning in Term Two!
