Teacher for 1/2C & D

How many years have you been in Education?

What is your favourite subject to teach and why?

Reading because I like books and sharing that with children

What do you enjoy doing outside of teaching?

Cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends

What is your favourite food?

Sukiyaki

What is your favourite book?

The Rainbow Fish

Do you support a sports team?

I support the Matildas

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Japan but if it was a new country Canada

Do you play any sport?

Yes, I play tennis and I like to swim

Preps:

Japanese: Currently in Japanese class, the preps are learning to read and write hiragana letters as well as learning different body parts.

Maths: Currently in Math, the preps are learning how to count up to ten!

English: Currently in English, the preps are learning letters and the sounds that each of them make.

Inquiry: Currently in Inquiry, the preps are doing all about me and who's in my family.

3/4s:

Japanese: Currently in Japanese class, the 3/4s are learning about the lifecycle of living things.

Math: Currently in Maths class, the 3/4s are learning about place value, number patterns and addition. 

English Literacy: Currently in English literacy, the 3/4s are reading the book Matilda and are observing new vocab words.

Inquiry: Currently in Inquiry class, the 3/4s are learning about lifecycles, habitats and adaptations.
