The Primary Diocesan Athletics Carnival will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at the Tamworth Regional Athletics Centre, located off Jack Smyth Drive, Tamworth. This carnival is a selection event for the Polding Athletics Carnival in Glendale on Friday, September 13, 2024. Students will receive their Representative Shirts on Thursday to wear to the carnival. Please remember to bring a shirt to change into for the trip home. Mrs Goddard will collect all Representative Shirts before your departure.

TENNIS COACHING ~ TERM 3

This term, we will commence tennis with Dale Martin. Dale is a qualified tennis coach who has worked with Sacred Heart for many years on fundamental movement skills to enhance tennis and gross motor proficiency. This has been possible thanks to the Sporting Schools Government Grants that we were fortunate to receive.

Lessons will take place on a Friday for sport commencing in Week 4 for six weeks.

The school does have tennis racquets; however, if your child would like to bring their own, please ensure that their name is on it so that it doesn't get misplaced.
