Pen License: 

This term we have been working so hard in Year 4 to receive pen licenses. Congratulations to our first recipients for the year Patrick Roache, Jack Corrin, Claudia Grasso, Porter Hay, Bonnie Magilton, Sofia De Palma and Sophia Nicosia. The 

next pen licenses will be issued during the next school assembly.

Measurement Unit: 

Over the past few weeks, the Year 4 students have been refining their measurement skills. We have been converting formal measurements, measuring our standing jumps, estimating and measuring the number of medicine cups it takes to fill containers; as well as estimating and measuring various weights on the digital scales.

Statue of the Lady of Fatima:  Last week, the MLC students visited the church to see the statue of Our Lady of Fatima that was visiting our parish. All the children were able to see the special relic from the tree near Fatima in Portugal.

The Blessed Virgin Mary first appeared to three children near a small village in Portugal. It is believed that in the months that followed, the children would see Mary five more times.
