Reminders

A few reminders as the school year progresses. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

• All students must be signed in by a parent/guardian if arriving late. A phone call from the parent/guardian as they are dropping their child off is also acceptable.

   

• All students being picked up early, must be picked up by a parent/guardian or another person on your child's contact list. The office will need to call you if someone other than approved contact is collecting / dropping off your child if you have not already notified the school.

   

• Students in Years 7-10 who need to be collected early from school on Thursdays during Period 5 or 6, should go to the non-sport room to wait for parents. As this is sport afternoon, most students could be offsite, therefore making it difficult for early pick up. Students should hand in a note to Mrs Tilse at recess on the Thursday so that the roll can be updated.

   

• Mass will not be interrupted for students to leave early. Students may wait in the front office for collection. 

   

• If students will be absent from school for 10 days or more for an extended holiday, a leave form must be completed BEFORE the date of the leave and alternate arrangements made for assessments.

   

• ALL visitors must report to the front office. No one is permitted to wander around the school premises. Visitors to the Uniform Shop do not need to come to the office first, they can go directly to and from the Uniform Shop.
