Clarification on Preshil Association Membership

We have received some questions regarding the "Preshil Association membership" and would like to clarify what the Preshil Association is, what the voluntary membership provides members, and the fact that this process is something that is available to our entire community, including our valued Alumni (many of whom are current members of the Preshil Association).

Preshil Association membership is a voluntary process by which all members of the broader Preshil community, including Alumni, are able to join in order to gain voting rights at the Preshil Annual General Meeting (AGM). Preshil Association membership and the $20 fee are not mandatory; rather, it's a voluntary contribution that community members can make to gain voting rights at Preshil's AGM.

During the AGM, reports on Preshil's activities are presented and voting occurs on the election of Directors and other resolutions as outlined in our constitution. The Preshil Association follows a democratic process where members have a voice through voting on significant matters.

If you would like to join the Preshil Association then please review the attached letters (below) on how to action this invitation. If you aren't interested in the availability of Preshil Association membership to Alumni, simply ignore this notice.

In regards to the briefness of the interim newsletter format, we thank you for your patience whilst we have been moving to a new platform and we look forward to the launch of this new Alumni newsletter in the coming weeks. This updated process and platform will provide a much better experience both our Alumni community, as well as Preshil representatives looking to engage with Alumni.
