Congratulations to all our EVP students who recently competed at the Qld Beach Schools Cup last weekend.

Cross Country 

 We look forward to the School Cross Country Carnival this term on Wednesday afternoon of Week 10. 

All students must be at the grandstand by 12:50 pm, and the first race commences at 1:00 pm.

All students are permitted to wear their TGSHS sports uniform for periods 1-3, including suitable running shoes capable of walking or running 4km. Students are encouraged to wear house colours for the event but must only change into their house-specific outfit at the lunch break directly before cross country.

We look forward to the afternoon of physical activity and fun! Which house will top the charts at our next sporting carnival?  

The schedule for the day is as follows:

Students interested in signing up for the ‘runners group’ to lead the pack are encouraged to sign up at the sports hall notice board. We recommend students do this if they are eager to represent the school at District Cross Country early next term. 

Mountain Biking

This year, we are again offering students the opportunity to get involved in mountain biking!

We have competitions on the following dates at three exciting locations.

Mt Cotton - 19/04

Toowoomba - 07/06

Ipswich - 30/08
