Social Media @ Heathmont College

Heathmont College has several social media pages/groups that all members of our community are welcome to join. The first group is the official Facebook page for the College which is run by staff at the school. The Instagram pages are also run and monitored by staff at the College. 

The parent's forum and second-hand uniform/books are not official sites from the College and do not have College staff administering them. However, they are friendly places and used by many in our community.

If you see content on the below pages that does not align with our College Values or the website's (Meta) policies, please report them. If you see any other page that references Heathmont College and raises concerns, please let us know and/or report them.

Heathmont College Office Facebook Page

This is our main outlet for social media posts. This page will post events, happenings and celebrations at the College. The page also publishes the Heathmont Gazette (along with Compass) once every four weeks.

This Instagram page directly promotes and highlights the achievements of our Sports Academy Program. It is run by the Director of Sports Academy.

HSC Change

This Instagram page is led by our student leaders - but administered by a member of staff. The page aims to promote inclusion and belonging amongst students.

Heathmont College Parents Forum

This is a group for parents to ask other parents questions, share ideas, provide support and hear some news. This group is not formally affiliated with the school, but one of the moderators sits on School Council, so issues raised in this space can be shared anonymously at Council for discussion. All welcome, be kind.
