John XXIII Netball Club
We are so excited that our season is underway. Grading is now finalised for all year groups, coaches are preparing for training next week, umpires are brushing up on the new rules and the Committee is in full swing in the background.

Training is a compulsory component of netball. Coaches do a lot of preparation and planning for team training. It’s where players learn new skills but also team strategy.
Please let your coach know as soon as possible if you can't attend. Not attending training without a valid reason can lead to minimal court time on Saturdays.
Team Announcements
All players will receive team announcements next weekend, 23 March. We appreciate your patience as we finalise the last few players into teams. The players will train in squads.
Jewellery
Jewellery is NOT permitted on the court at netball games, with the exception of a medical alert bracelet. Jewellery is not allowed to be taped. Players wearing jewellery will be asked to leave the court and will not be allowed back on the court until the jewellery is removed.
Uniforms
Netball players are required to wear their John XXIII College Netball Club uniform.
- Years 4 to Year 12 and Alumni wear the JTC Netball dress
- Years 2 and 3 wear the JTC sports uniform
- Primary school boys wear the JTC sports uniform
Bloomers / netball knickers are compulsory and must be either plain navy/dark blue or the blue and yellow Club bloomers.
All John XXIII College netball uniforms are available from the College Uniform Shop.
Netball winter rain jackets are waterproof and fleece-lined and available from the Uniform Shop.
