End of Term Concert!
HPCS Concert Band (conducted by Mr Drayton) performed their end of term Concert today in the Chapel for Years 3-6 and parents.
This term the band has been learning to play songs with a melody, harmony and bass line including 'When the Saints Go Marching In', 'Old Macdonald had a Band', and 'Ode to Joy'. They also played and sang 'God is So Good' giving thanks to God for the gifts and talents that He has given us.
A big thanks goes to the parents and the staff at HPCS for their amazing support of the band program!
Year 4-6 Camp!
What really shone through this camp was the strong sense of unity and encouragement and support for one another.
We enjoyed plenty of exciting activities like archery, abseiling, giant swing, rock climbing, orienteering, swimming and many others. Alongside the fun, we also made space for spiritual reflection and devotion.
