This week we had our first Kitchen class. We brushed up on our knife skills and made Vietnamese rice paper rolls. 

We cut up carrots, cucumber, coriander and mint then we soaked the rice paper in warm water and then we put the vegetables, herbs, egg and the noodles in and wrapped it up. They tasted amazing.
