KEEN ON GREEN – WEDNESDAY 10 SEPTEMBER

On Wednesday, 10 September, students from Prep to Year 10 are invited to wear:

 

EARTHY COLOURS OR NATURE-INSPIRED COSTUMES TO CELEBRATE KEEN ON GREEN DAY

  • Prep – Year 6: Students not dressing in theme are to wear their sports uniform, suitable for planting activities.

     

  • Year 7 – Year 10: Students not dressing in theme are to wear their usual uniform based on the day’s timetable.

 

What to Bring for Planting (Prep – Year 10):

  • Garden gloves

  • Gumboots or shoes suitable for getting dirty

     

Please note: costumes and clothing may get dirty, so old shoes or gumboots are strongly encouraged.

KEEN ON GREEN - WOULD YOU LIKE TO HELP?

We’re excited to welcome parents and carers to join us for our Keen on Green Planting Day!

 

On the day, parent volunteers will be stationed along the creek at one of seven activity areas, teaming up with staff as classes rotate through for this special hands-on experience.

 

(Please note: we can’t guarantee that you will be placed with your child's class).

Details:

 

  • Date: Wednesday, 10 September

  • Time: 8:30am – 10:30am: please arrive at 8:30am to sign in at Reception with Natalie Flanagan, who will then complete a quick induction and show you the way to the pre planting meeting with the Keen On Green team. 

    We ask that volunteers please commit to the full session. 

  • Requirements: All volunteers must provide their current Working With Children Check (WWCC) to the office and complete Volunteer Paperwork prior to the day. 
  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate younger siblings for OH&S reasons.

  • Please read the terms and conditions on the trybooking site, by registering you are agreeing to these terms.

FATHER'S DAY STALL- PRIMARY SCHOOL CHANGE OF DATE

PULSE is excited to host this year’sFather’s Day Stall on Thursday 4th September.

 

Primary students will have allocated times to visit the stall during the day. 

Please remind your child to bring a bag to carry home their special gift. 

Location: Primary Learning Centre

Gifts: $5–$15, cash only please.

 

KINDER VIP stalls will take place on the following days:

4YO Kinder - Tuesday 2nd September 

3YO Kinder- Wednesday 3rd September 

Location: Kinder 

Gifts: $5, cash only please.
