Coffee and Connect

Dear Parents and Carers,

We invite you to join us for Coffee & Connect on Thursday 4th September. We will gather in the staff lounge room at school at 8:45 - 10:00am.

When members of the Coffee & Connect group have previously gathered we have enjoyed the opportunity to take some time out for sharing stories and learning ways to support our children.

This upcoming Coffee & Connect we are taking the opportunity to prioritise getting to know each other. We are delighted to have so many friendly and open people in our parent community, and we look forward to welcoming more faces.

Please let us know if you are coming and what your coffee order is on this form:

Kind Regards,

Dear Parents and Carers,

National Child Protection Week is happening this term from the 7th - 13th September.  The focus for 2025 is: “Every Conversation Matters – Shifting Conversation to Action.”

This theme reminds us that while talking about child safety is important, it is action that truly protects children. At our school, we are committed to turning dialogue into concrete steps that make a difference in the lives of every student. This aligns directly with Victoria’s Child Safe Standards, which guide us in building a culture where children are respected, included, and safeguarded every day.

As a school we continue to work on:

  • Empowering student voices – making sure children know their views are heard and acted upon.
  • Strengthening support systems – from classroom practices to wellbeing initiatives, ensuring students feel safe and cared for.
  • Living our responsibilities – holding ourselves accountable as adults to model respect, fairness, and inclusion.

As families, you play an essential role in this shared responsibility. By keeping the conversation going at home and partnering with us, you help ensure that every child not only feels heard but also experiences real safety, care, and belonging.

If you hold any concerns regarding Child Safety at any time, please reach out to our Child Safe Champions:
