Letterbox drop flyers – help promote the market

The Spring Magic Market (SMM) team is calling on the community to help us promote the market! We’re looking for volunteers to do letterbox drops of flyers in their local neighbourhoods. It’s a great excuse to enjoy a walk! Flyers are available for collection at the school office. A distribution map will be on hand, so you can choose and mark off the area you’ll be covering.

Free child-minding for volunteers

The amazing OSHC team will be offering free child-minding for those volunteers who need it during their shift. To book your child’s place, please fill in this registration form, or scan the QR code below.

 

 

Please note: Child-minding will only go ahead if there is enough demand to make it sustainable. Confirming numbers in advance helps the OSHC team plan staff ratios and ensure safe, quality care. Please register early so we can confirm whether the service will proceed, to help make this year’s market magical for everyone!

 

 

Secondhand clothes and books

Drop off your good quality books and clothes in clean bags or boxes by the east lobby next to Sprout. To ensure clothing items are fit for sale, please could we have:

 

  • clothes that are clean and in good condition – no stains or tears
  • no ultra cheap ‘fast fashion’ brands
  • no underwear.
  • Reminder there is no Toy stall this year so Toy donations are not required.

A huge thank you for all market donations to help make our stalls thrive! Keep an eye out for details on donations for the ever-popular cake and treat stalls in the coming week.

 

Art Auction submissions open

The SMM Art Auction coordinators are accepting donations of all kinds of creative artworks. Artwork can be handed in at the school office during office hours, along with a completed donation form (available at the office). For more information please contact the Art Auction coordinators:

 

Wristband sales open

The inflatables and other rides are the most popular activities for kids at the market, and will run from 2–7pm. Pre-purchased wristbands can be collected on the day.
