Stand Up Project (SUP) Parent Information Session

On Tuesday, 28th July, we were delighted to welcome so many parents to our Stand Up Project Parent Information Session. Thank you to everyone who attended and showed their support for this important initiative.

Maria, from the SUP, joined by our Student Stand Up Project (SUP) Leaders shared an overview of our anti-bullying program, explaining the key terminology, strategies and approaches used to promote respectful relationships and positive behaviour. Parents also learned about what the program involves and how Burwood East Primary School (BEPS) has adapted the Stand Up Project to best meet the needs of our students and school community.

We have included some Parent Do's and Don'ts to provide advice and support for families when helping their children navigate friendship challenges and bullying situations at home.
