Macedon Ranges Football Round Robin

On Tuesday the 7th of May the boys year 4s, 5s and 6s competed in the District footy down at Sanky Reserve, Gisborne. They all tried their hardest against tough opposition but unfortunately didn't go so well, we played against Riddells Creek twice and St Bridget's twice, they lost all of their matches but gave it a go and had heaps of fun. On Tuesday the 7th of March, the girls year 4’s, 5’s and 6’s went down to Dixon Field, Gisborne for a full day of Footy. In the first game we played Braemar, we lost by 5 points. On the second we also lost against New Gisborne. On the third against Braemar, we won! On the fourth and final match of the day we lost once again to New Gisborne. Everyone played really well and we even got help from a couple of girls from Mount Macedon. Thanks to Ash for coaching the girls team, Mrs Baker and every teacher and parent helper on the day. Darcy S
