Driving to School

As more students turn 18 we will see an influx of those driving to school. Students who drive to school are reminded that there is not car parking allocated to them within the school grounds, they are required to use the publicly available street parking, being careful to obey the signs present.

Students should also seek and complete a “Driving to School Agreement” form which can be collected from the pigeon holes outside the general office. This paperwork explains the regulations the Department of Education expects students to abide by when driving to school, and also advises the school of what car(s) the student will be driving in case the need to contact or identify them arises.

VCE Special Provision

Students and parents are reminded that the closing date for applications for special provision close 9am, Monday March 25. Students with diagnosed learning needs are eligible to make an application to VCAA to allow for arrangements in their exams, for example the ability to bring in food or drink, take a rest break or have additional working time. Applications submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be assessed before the General Achievement Test in June.
