Culture & Inclusion

Head of Special Education Services
As we approach the end of another busy and rewarding year, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all our parents and carers. Your ongoing support—whether it has been assisting with homework, attending specialist appointments, travelling to sporting events in Toowoomba, or encouraging your children through the many and varied activities of school life—has played a vital role in their success and wellbeing.
Your partnership, patience, and commitment are truly appreciated, and we are grateful for the strong relationships we share with our families. As we look ahead to the holiday break, I wish you and your children a safe, restful, and enjoyable time with family and friends.
Thank you for everything you do, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the new year.
Culture
Our school continues to embed culture and inclusion through the Education Queensland lens, including a strong focus on First Nations perspectives. We are proud to have students from a wide variety of cultural, family and linguistic backgrounds, all of whom contribute to the rich and diverse place our school is.
This includes our First Nations students and students from across the world including South African, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Together we all shape an inclusive environment where every student feels respected, valued and supported to succeed.
As we head into the holidays, we wish all our families an enjoyable break, knowing you will bring your individual traditions and values into them — just as your children do every day at school.
