Prep Orientation
Today our 2026 Prep students had their second orientation session in the learning spaces with the 2026 Prep teachers, Sandra, Patricia, Emily H and Emily B. Our ‘Pathway to Prep’ program is designed to help our students gradually build confidence and independence while becoming familiar with the environment and routines of school.
We can’t wait to see you all again in two weeks time!
Learning Conversations
Next week all families have the opportunity to attend Learning Conversations with their child's teacher. These conversations are an opportunity to celebrate students’ academic and social emotional growth and achievements.
The Learning Conversations are a key component of our Assessment & Reporting policy and one way we share learning with parents.
This conversation provides:
- an ongoing partnership between home and school
- keeps families informed of student learning progression in line with the Victorian Curriculum
an opportunity to discuss academic and social emotional learning and future goals
On Friday 12th December students will bring home their Semester 2 Progression Report. This report shows your child’s learning progression against the Victorian Curriculum and Religious Education Framework.
2025 Fee Statements
A reminder to families who are not paying by direct debit that all 2025 school fee accounts are due to be settled by the end of November.
Timely payment of school fees is essential for us to effectively manage our budget and ensure we can meet the ongoing educational and operational needs of our school.
When enrolling in a Catholic school, families commit to paying school fees, which help cover the gap between government funding provided to Catholic schools compared with state schools. Your continued support allows us to maintain high-quality learning environments, invest in resources and technology, and provide the best opportunities for your child’s education.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty or need to discuss payment options, please contact reception as soon as possible. The 2026 Fee structure will be shared in the next newsletter.
