People's Choice Awards

Congratulations to Isabelle Armstrong and Samantha McKenzie who have been selected for the People's Choice Award for the Shine a Light Competition with Wagga's Forest Centre!

"At The Forrest Centre, we know that all too often, older people feel invisible, overlooked, and underestimated so it was wonderful for us to see the community come together to shine a light on older people and ageing. The Shine a Light photography competition invites you to place ‘oldies’ front and centre and remember what’s great about ageing."

Isabelle Armstrong’s images (chosen for People’s Choice Award) are titled: “A Spot of Yellow”, “The Junior”, “Collect the Eggs, water the Garden, swing on the Swings” and “A Walk in the Past”. 

Samantha McKenzie’s image (chosen for the People’s Choice award) is titled: "The Bagpipes".
