Secondary Sub School Rooms 19 - 27

The excitement in the air as Halloween approaches has brought a wonderful energy to our school community. It has been heartwarming to witness the creativity of our students as they transformed our hallways and classrooms with their impressive decorations. These vibrant displays not only showcase their talents but also enhance the welcoming atmosphere of our school. Additionally, the trick-or-treating event we organised was a fantastic success, bringing joy and laughter to all involved. It’s moments like these that truly highlight the spirit of our school!

I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new staff members joining the Secondary Team, who have already begun to make a positive impact on our school community. Let’s please welcome the following staff:

Camp is fast approaching for our VPC and Advance students. More information about what to bring will be sent home in the next week. 

Here are some key dates to remember:  

• Professional Practice Day – 4th November 2024 – Student free day
• Melbourne Cup – 5th November
• Group 1 Camp (Leaving 25/11/24 Back on the 27/11/24)
• Group 2 Camp (Leaving 04/12/24 Back on the 06/12/24)
• Year 12 Graduation – Friday 6th December
• Curriculum Day – 13th December – Student free day

• Transition to 2025 Classrooms: In Week 11, students will meet their 2025 classroom teams and have an opportunity to work with their new peers and staff. 
• Last Day of School – 20th December: Students finish at 1:00 pm

ROOM 26

At Room 26,  in Term 4 students have been enjoying and having fun, during our excursion to Broadmeadows Shopping Centre. Students were able to buy their own snacks. Ismail, Edward, Alicia, Michelle, Daksh, Tyler, Samir, Sahmarah, Katarina and Kerem.

ROOM 27

During Term 4, Room 27 are taking part in the canteen program. They have learnt how to prepare, cook and serve a variety of food. They then delivered the food to different classes within school. It was a great learning experience.  Room 27 developed skills they can use on a daily basis and thoroughly enjoyed trying the different foods. Room 27 also visited the garden and engaged in the gardening programme and activities.
