Request for Help at the Beaufort Primary School BBQ

Dear Families, 

We are reaching out because Beaufort Primary School is hosting a BBQ at the upcoming local Beaufort Show on Sunday Nov 17th.  We are looking for volunteers to help out.

It would be great if you could join us in volunteering. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support the school, meet other families, and enjoy some time together.

Please let the school know if you  are available. 

We are seeking volunteers for 2hr shift and require 6 helpers per a shift. 

Times are: 

7am -9am

9am - 11am

11am-1pm

1pm - 3pm

We understand that not everyone is able to volunteer, alternatively we would also appreciate donations towards this event. We are seeking donations of cans of soft drink, bottled water and eggs. Please contact the school to see what is needed if this is something you can help with. 

This is a major fundraiser for our little school. Our fundraising throughout the year goes towards supporting our kids. We contribute money raised back into our school. Some examples include School Camps, Life Education Van, Swim Gym and technology upgrades
