At Our Lady of Fatima we believe all students are provided with opportunities to display and develop leadership qualities throughout their years at school. We offer students the chance to explore their potential for personal growth and leadership through working with others, developing teamwork and showing a commitment to their school and parish in order to continually improve the school community.
This term our Year 5 students are given the opportunity to reflect on the qualities of leadership and are encouraged to nominate themselves for the role of School and Vice Captain in 2025.
Students will have the opportunity to nominate themselves for Sports Colour Captain and their involvement in one of the Year 6 leadership teams at the beginning of the 2025 school year.
