Garden Club
This year, we discovered a helpful little skink in our area. We have named him ‘Gregory’, and he was a great help in our garden, eating pests that were attacking our plants.
Unfortunately, he drowned in a bucket one weekend while we were gone. In memory of Gregory and his service to us, we buried him under a tree and said a prayer in his memory.
Later, we found another lizard under the kindy stairwells. For a while we have been trying to locate this lizard again which we named ‘Pidwedgeon’ so we can bring it over to our garden. After months of looking for Pidwedgeon, we finally found him. When we found him, his tail was not attached to his body. We have released Pidwedgeon into our garden, where he can help our plants just as Gregory once did.
