World Teacher's Day Assembly

Thank you to Simeon Gee (Year 8) for his wonderful performance of 'Rosalina's Observatory', by Koji Kondo at the Word Teachers Day Assembly. This was one of several pieces Simeon performed for his recent 7th grade AMEB examinations.

Crequillon Consort Concert

For the first time in 2025, musicians will have the option to audition for the Summer Symphony Orchestra!

Conducted by Leonard Weiss, Assistant Conductor of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the Summer Symphony Orchestra will meet for a week of intensive rehearsals, tutorials and workshops at Haymarket Creative, SYO’s rehearsal venue in the heart of Chinatown, culminating in a showcase concert at the Sydney Conservatorium.

Musicians will work side-by-side with inspiring mentors from The Sydney Youth Orchestra and Sydney’s best instrumental tutors and educators.
