General Information
Presentation Night 2024
Presentation Night will be held on Tuesday 17th December at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre commencing at 7pm. It is an expectation that ALL students from Kinder to Year 6 attend. Students are to arrive at the TRECC at 6:30pm and meet their teachers. Students are to wear full Summer Uniform, black polished shoes and short navy socks. A reminder that all long hair is to be tied back, no dangly earrings, no polished nails or makeup is to be worn.
All students will be transported by bus to and from the TRECC on Tuesday morning for a rehearsal and will return to school in time for lunch. A Compass event with further information and for parents to consent will be sent out this week.
If your child is unable to attend Presentation Night please email the Principals - Mrs Holland and Mr O'Toole at sjtadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au as to why they will not be in attendance.
Year 6 Graduation Mass
The Year 6 Graduation Mass will be at 9.00am on Friday 13th December. This is a celebration to acknowledge and celebrate our departing Year 6 students. All parents and caregivers of our Year 6 students are invited to attend.
Movie Day
Shhhhhh! It's a Suprise...
The whole school are being treated to a movie at the Forum 6 Cinema on Wednesday 18th December. The students will be seeing Moana 2. A Compass event with further information will be sent out this week.
Lets keep this a surprise for our students!

P&F Meeting
Our last P&F Meeting for the year will be held at 5:30pm next Thursday 28th November at Joe Maguires Pub. All parents and friends are invited to attend and celebrate the wonderful events that this organisation has undertaken this year to support our school community.
Relocating in 2025?
If you are relocating next year and your child/children will not be attending St Joseph's in 2025, can you please contact the office as soon as possible as we are planning for next year.

The last day of school for students this year is Thursday 19th December.
Meeting With Teachers
Mornings and afternoons are very busy times for teachers as they are preparing for the day ahead and planning with their co-teachers, which unfortunately means that they are often unable to make time for a meeting without notice. For that reason, if you need to discuss anything with your child's teacher, please contact the school office to schedule an appointment. This will ensure you have the full attention of the teachers and the time necessary. Alternatively, an email can be sent to sjtadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au and will be forwarded onto the class teacher.
Afternoon Pick-Up
If you pick your child up from school in the afternoons via the back gate, please do so in a timely manner to allow for efficient use of the parking areas in Crown St during this busy time. A reminder that school finishes at 2:50pm with Esteem Kids after school care available for those children unable to be collected at 2:50pm. Supervision of Students
A reminder that school commences at 8:45am and concludes at 2:50pm
Please note that supervision of students commences at 8:15am and families are kindly asked not to drop off children before this time.
Attendance
Change in Routine
Can you please advise the school office before 2:30pm if there is any change in your child's afternoon routine.
2024 School Fees
Term 4 fees have now been issued and are due by 1st December. Please contact Jodie via email jwesthorpe@arm.catholic.edu.au or by phoning 6765 4079 if you have any questions regarding your fees. Payments can be made via BPay - details are available on your statement, Eftpos or cash to the school.
Any family/carer requiring assistance with school fees is encouraged to make an appointment and come and meet with us as soon as possible.
