Year 2/3 Steiner
Celebrating Learning
Kii families,
What a year we’ve had in 2/3S!
I’m so proud of how far we’ve come this year, and how our Grade 2’s and 3’s have worked together to build a strong classroom culture and community. Our students have taken on various leadership roles within our class and worked to support the younger students throughout the school in general, which has been beautiful to see. I definitely feel they are ready for Grade 3/4. We will be moving to Eddie’s current room next year. It is painted a beautiful green, has a view of the city, and most importantly, is upstairs! Which the students are very excited about.
I will be going over morning routines with the students before the end of the year and what to expect for our first day back. Our new line up area will be out near the down ball courts next year. Students will need to drop off their bags in line outside if they arrive before the bell and wait in line together before we head upstairs. This routine ensures that the morning traffic on the stairs is safe for all.
It has been a pleasure to work alongside you all again this year to support our class in their education journey. I’m really looking forward to being together again next year. Thank you so much for your support throughout the year and for your very kind end of year gifts, cards and words.
I hope you all have a beautiful time with your families over the break. See you in the new year xx
