Communities

On Friday, February 21st, students will be introduced to their Communities for the year. Each student has been placed in a community with others from their House—Waratah, Esperance, Eucalyptus, or Wattle. These multi-age groups, spanning Foundation to Level 6, will meet every second Friday (even weeks) in the afternoon. Foundation students will be in the same group as their 2025 buddy to help ease their transition.

Our Communities are designed to foster connections across year levels, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and respected. Through collaboration and problem-solving activities, students will strengthen their social and emotional skills while building friendships beyond their classrooms.

To show their House spirit, students are encouraged to wear their House T-shirt on these Fridays.

A quick note for parents: Please be aware that students will be dismissed from different classrooms on Friday afternoons in even weeks this term.
