Transition - Term Four to 2024

Dear Arlington families,

My name is Natalie Kisilevich and I have recently come on board as the Student Wellbeing Leader at Preshil. With a background in education and youth mental health, I am incredibly passionate about the wellbeing of our young people and am committed to nurturing a safe, supportive, and responsive wellbeing culture for our students so that they can thrive and flourish.

For families of children in the Peppercorns, we recognise that a smooth and successful transition to high school is a priority, given that this is a time of significant change. Transitions can be a time full of fun, excitement, and new experiences, but can also be challenging or worrying for some children. To normalise these experiences and provide support for your child and family during this time, I have collated an array of resource recommendations for you to access. If you have queries or concerns around your young person, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email.
