Student Wellbeing & Engagement

It has been a busy start to term three with our Year 10 Health Day on Wednesday 11th October. Students participated in the Lovebites program focusing on developing respectful relationships in young people. Thank you to our Wellbeing team and the external school nurses who presented the program.

Breakfast Club continues to run on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8:15am. This is available to all students and we have toasties, cereal, fruit and hot chocolate available.

This term we have also started OUR Koorie Art Group with 14 ECSC students. The program is conducted by external Koorie engagement staff from City of Whittlesea. Students have completed two sessions so far and will be held fortnightly for term four.

Tri Tactics continues to run weekly focusing on the emotional regulation of students. The sessions are held currently with year 8, 9 and 10 students. We also continue to work with our Vic Police Community Engagement Officers Guy and Kurtlee who have been presenting information to our student on Assault and the Law.
