It’s Term Four!!! 

Prep students started exploring how first Australians experience seasons in Arnhem Land in Northern Territory in their learning about seasons. They will continue to learn in the STEM area ‘Earth and Space’ this Term.

Grades one to Six work on chemical science, which will be fun and messy this Term. Grade ones and twos had a great start to the Term exploring mixtures and they are excited to make Jelly and rainbow toast in the coming weeks to learn scientific concepts that we use in food science.

Grade three to six explored the three states of matter and will focus more on melting and freezing in hands-on experiences. They will apply collaboration in conducting guided experiments exploring five different types of chemical reactions.
