Sub School Updates 

Welcome  to Week 4 of Term 2!

General Updates 

SSG's: Weeks 4,5,6.  Please complete the document sent detailing your appointment dates and times and upload on Share Point.  If you would like your Sub School Leader to attend, please send a calendar invite.

Swimming: Primary Years Swimming. Please read the Swimming Risk Assessments carefully and let Holly/Mary/Denise know if you have any questions.

Work Programs: Teaching and Learning Programs are due every Monday at 9am for the week ahead.

See Saw: Thank you for uploading photos to parents/carers. Families really enjoy receiving and sharing these photos together.  The minimum requirement to upload pictures to parents/carers is one photo per student per week.

Yard Duty timetable: Please ensure you have the latest version on display. Seek support from your Sub School leader if you are unsure.

Playground Support Document: Please read and refer to this document. Please ensure new staff in the classroom have access to it. 

CTM's: Sub School leaders are attending every fortnight. Please ensure you are still conducting these when Sub School leaders are not in attendance and upload the minutes. If you encounter any difficulties with these, please seek support from your Sub School Leader. Please take 5 minutes during your CTMs or team debriefs to review and refresh your understanding of our emergency procedures. Refer to the information provided on your lanyard and ensure you are familiar with the correct actions in situations such as lockdowns, evacuations, or a missing student. Make sure all staff members in your team are also aware and prepared.

Important note:

Please be vigilant when opening and closing gates with fobs and where necessary, padlocks.  If a gate is padlocked and you need to transition, ensure you lock it back when you are leaving.

New Playground Arrangements (trial week 4)

• Secondary School (R19,20,21,22) – access Playgrounds 4 & 5 only
• Senior Secondary (R23,24,25,26,27) – access Playground 6 only
• Breezeway is open for students who want a quiet area
• Giovanni, Anthony & Michelle can still access Playground 4

All students from R25,26,27 will exit buses via Playground 4, not through the Breezeway (permanent).
