On Wednesday 21 May the students at St Margaret’s participated in the National Simultaneous Storytime, to promote a love for reading. Over 2.9 million students participated in this yearly event. The students enjoyed listening to the story “ The Truck Cat”  then participated in an activity based on the themes in the text.

Prep News

The Preps have been learning about Living Things in our World.

We have had two incursions. Tonyi the Worm taught the students what items they can compost and they were able to explore how worms help the Ecosystem.

The Wildlife Interactive Incursion gave students the opportunity to have a close  look at some animal features and they were able to feel the external features of Animals. Fun was had by all.
