Grade Three / Four
Class Information
We hope everyone enjoyed a beautiful Mother’s Day on Sunday and had the opportunity to spend some quality time together with family.
It was wonderful to see so many families last Friday at the Cross Country and Pilgrims of Hope Day which celebrated our Founders. The students enjoyed participating in activities where they considered the resilience and dedication of those who journeyed before them. We were so proud of the same qualities shown by students as the completed their Cross Country. Long distance running is no easy feat, but the students used determination to carry on after each lap and were so proud of their achievements as they crossed the finish line.

Well done to Oliver who was our most recent award recipient. This student has demonstrated the spirit of St Mary MacKillop through their compassion, initiative and love of learning.
(please note the morning tea is only for Grade 4 students and their families)
On the 16th of May, we invite families to attend our Unit 3/4 Mass in St Liborius Church at 9:15am. We then welcome the Grade 3 students and their families to attend the Community Cuppa in the MacKillop Room (as the Grade 4 students enjoyed their Community Cuppa in Term One). We ask for a gold coin donation to attend this day.
This Thursday we welcome the Waste Warriors to visit our school and talk all things sustainable. It is a great opportunity to learn more about our third Key Learning Intention (sustainability) and for students to hear about what they can do to look after their environment.
