Year 9/10 Cooking with Chemistry

In our recent Cooking with Chemistry class, our budding scientists took the kitchen by storm and baked Atom Cupcakes! The culinary adventure combined the art of baking with the principles of chemistry, creating a delicious and educational treat. The students showcased their creativity by decorating the electron shells with colourful icing and sour straps. They then used jellybeans and smarties, cleverly representing the protons, neutrons and electrons within an atom.
