Dear Parents and Carers,

This is a good time to remind you that as part of the Parenting Support Service offered by healthAbility, I am now also available to meet up with parents individually at healthAbility, Box Hill to provide parenting-related information, strategies and resources. It would be wonderful for the parents you work with to be made aware this service is available to them; the attached flyer can help with this.

Parents are welcome to self-referral by contacting healthAbility on 9430 9100. As a community health organisation that receives some government funding, there is a scale of fees depending on family income ($16.50 if parent holds a health care card, $45 medium income, $130 high income) for each 90 minute consultation including follow up phone call/s.
