As we look toward the end of a wonderful year, we would like to thank our lovely students and all their fantastic families. 2023 has been an amazing year and we are grateful for the time we have shared. 

Christmas Concert 

What a memorable evening the Christmas Concert was. Congratulations to Mrs Lang, our school Rock Band, our Aerobics team and all of the students involved in the night. Thank you to 3MDR for their support for the night. It was incredible seeing so many families joining us in celebration.

Art Show

A big congratulations to Mrs Haines and her support crew for creating such a wonderful Art Show. There is certainly a lot of talent at Upwey South Primary School! Our students really enjoyed the immersive experience and exploring the art pieces produced by themselves and other students.

Science Demonstration

On Monday the 11th of December, Cath Shepherd (Emma's mum) came to do a wonderful science experiment with the students. Once again it was a fantastic session and the students loved taking part in the electricity experiments. The students were very excited to participate and take their playdough home. Thankyou Cath for donating your time, arranging such exciting experiments, and making the playdough for all our students.

Inquiry

We have enjoyed looking after stick insects this term. It is with sadness we farewell our little friends and we are very thankful that some of our lovely families have adopted them. We have enjoyed learning about minibeasts and their needs.
